They were exceptionally talented, very kind and generous with taking various requests. Each of the band members did solos which were very skilful and very impressive.
We cannot thank them enough for making our evening the best night of our lives.

"We hired KC & The Nightshift for our wedding on Saturday past and it they were INCREDIBLE!!! The dance floor wasn’t empty for one single second, there were even people dancing on the carpet because the dance floor was too full. They were so easy to book using hireaband and the communication was amazing too. The band was more than happy to take requests and nothing was an issue for them at all. The communication with Hireaband and then band themselves was excellent from the start and they put on an incredible show for us, and our family and friends. "We hired KC and the Nightshift for our wedding at John Muir Tipis on the 26th of July.
The band were pretty much everything we could have wanted from a wedding band and more! They played the song we requested for the first dance perfectly despite us being outrageously late to decide what we wanted. They tailored their set perfectly to what we had asked them to despite it being rather unconventional, their setlist covers many bases. Every song was smashing, from funky horn solos with the band jumping into the crowd all the way up to Metallica classics which instigated the first wedding mosh pit I have ever experienced! The band were fantastic at reading the room and had more or less the entire wedding party up and dancing for the whole evening. They even threw in a half hour Ceilidh along with instructions for those less well versed in the dances. I would highly recommend the band to anyone having an event in the future. Thanks again,

"Hireaband were superb with everything made so simple and stress free to decide and implement. The fact that you can check out multiple songs and get a real feel for each act is ideal when selecting the right 'vibe' for your event. Our wedding was certainly enhanced by the live band and their ability to read the room and target tunes to get everyone up on their feet.

KC & the Nightshift themselves were outstanding! I've heard nothing but good things from all of the guests, who'd have stayed on their feet dancing away away into the small hours if that was allowed!! They were gracious in taking requests but obviously knew their stuff and filtered out the best ones to play.
The 2nd half of the night (after the Ceilidh & pizza truck!) was another level! From Loch Lomond to the Beastie Boys, it was a great night.

"KC & the nightshift band made our wedding day one to remember. A few days before our big day the band practised our first song your my best friend by Tim McGraw and smashed it out the park. Considering they only had few days to practise the song, they did very well. The music throughout the evening was very good and you can tell the band enjoy what they are doing. Our guests throughly enjoyed the songs they sang and they even took a few requests. Overall we were very pleased with the band and we would recommend them at any wedding."

"STOP! Your search for a band need not go any further!! These guys played at our wedding Oct 2021, they were absolutely incredible! We had an afternoon acoustic duo with Ben and Drew before an evening set up with full band. The dance floor was never empty, great tunes played throughout. They learnt a couple of songs we requested and nailed them both as well as answering song requests on the night from our wedding guests. I can not recommend these guys enough!!"

"I just wanted to thank you for all your help in arranging our replacement when our original band couldn't make it due to Covid.

KC & the Nightshift were AMAZING - I'll admit I was sceptical initially as they weren't what we'd chosen, but we honestly absolutely loved them. They played tune after tune (and the 2000s pop-punk section went down a storm!) and we got so many compliments about them. We didn't even notice that the ceilidh wasn't live, and they managed to do Florence and the Machine so well for our first dance. We might be biased, but we've been to 4 weddings since our own and they're still the best band we've seen. I just knew as soon as I heard them play at my friend's wedding in 2018 that I had to have them play at my own wedding, and I'm so glad that I did as they did not disappoint!
